Generally admission in Delhi University is based on class 12th result, however several subjects or courses may require an entrance exam, again you need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another and from one course

The question is difficult to answer because the reputation of an institution depends on its faculty and the students.In my opinion you can take admission in any college of Delhi University where B.Sc.(mathematics) is taught.
