The answer to your question depends on what you want to do in the future, what is your area of interest and where do you want to work or settle down. For example, if you are keen to study and work in the US, you should consider doing a MS from the US. If automotive engineering is what excites you, then you should consider Germany. If you want to be in India, then you can look at the M.Tech programs offered at IIT and other top institutes in India. Either ways you can't wrong. It's more important to figure out your goals and accordingly make a decision.

Yes it a good option,our university has well equipped lab.its among the best course in our college.
and for its scope .yes it may be less now but in the coming years it will be in great demand.

For All India quota seats, exams like cmat , cat etc are considered. So, it is difficult to tell how much CMAT percentile was required last year . However, last year cut off for all India seats was 99.23%ile .
