You cannot pursue two full-time courses simultaneously. One of them will have to be through correspondence. Since, you already have bachelors' degree in Law, I would suggest you pursue full-time MBA. I believe most good Universities offer both courses you will have to do your own research on that.

There was a quota for tamil students till 2013. Bu now it has been removed. So no special preference for tamil students is there.

Is there any University offering bridge courses now to make it equivalent to 3 years degree course in India?

Yes, you can opt for the bridge course for making 2 year graduation degree turn into 3 year course in SCSVMV, University of Kanchipuram, National Law School, Bangalore, IGNOU.
