If you are an MBA Agribusiness student the most relevant subject to choose for the UGC NET exam would be "Management" as it encompasses the core concepts of business management which are applicable to the agribusiness sector as well.

While some ICAR universities may consider your UGC NET Management scorecard for some non-agriculture-specific positions like management roles it is not accepted in general for the admissions into purely agricultural research programs of the ICAR universities.

some colleges may have other admission procedures. But Admission to a fisheries Science course in India is typically based on entrance exams, class 12 and who has Bachelor's degrre are eligible for this.

SHUATS offers various courses in the field of Agriculture, such as BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, and more. In each of these courses, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total seats are filled through all India entrance tests conducted by ICAR. Yes, few SHUAT MBA seats are filled via ICAR. As per the official website of the university, twenty-five percent (25%) are filled through all India entrance tests conducted by ICAR. Moreover, these seats are inclusive of Christian and general candidates, and the number filled in either category shall be adjusted against the total seats in each category.
