Yes, MBBS is a course where I believe it is difficult to fail and difficult to top. As long as one consistently studies i.e studies regularly or semiregularly it is easy to pass by a decent margin.

Ayurveda, unani, siddha, naturopathy, homeopathy, and yoga are all recognized by the Government of India. . All traditional medicine practitioners and homeopaths must be registered to practice. The Central Council of Homeopathy (2), constituted in 1973, has the same mandates.

Higher education regulator UGC has listed IBAM as a fake university on its website. MCI, which gives the approvals for medical courses such as Bachelors of medicine, surgery etc. , says IBAM has no authority to award any medical qualification.
