IICD Entrance Exam 2019 dates are not out yet. However, in 2018 the design entrance exam was conducted on April 15.

Yes, you can, but 5% of your best of four percentage will be deducted and despite this, if you still make the cut, then you will get admission to your desired course.

Both are really good colleges with good facilities but I would suggest IP for better infrastructure and a quite and engaging college life which I personally prefer and Drc for a more loud college life as it is in North campus.
