You can go for BCA and then MCA which will s a good option in terms of career opportunities or after BCA you can pursue MBA in IT. These options are good and career growth and opportunities are also good in these fields.

With BBA IT you may face challenges in getting jobs in Indian IT industry in Pre Sales Support, Account Mangement, Sales or Business Analysis. For these role preferred choice is MBA IT by most the IT companies. With BBA IT you may get job of research assistant job in Pre Sales department or Bid Management team of IT. I am of the opinion that students must do plain vanilla BBA.

Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.

Please clear your education qualification more clearly so I can answer you clearly.
I did not get the idea that you have done graduation or only diploma.
So according to your described qualification .You can get the jobs in railway for the following posts.

Suyal, these days emphasis is on CSE, IT, Civil and Mech., but it also depends upon your choice. If you are somebody who wants to sit in an AC office then of course CSE IT are for you but if you are somebody who doesn't mind working in the field then Civil and Mech.are very good options. These days Civil and Mech.students are also getting good offers.
Difference between CSE and IT is
CSE course covers almost all theoretical areas in information and computation. The course will enable the students to enter in to the Software Application, service, Sales and Marketing, operations and even work as a programmer.
