The students of Kakatiya University gave a four-star rating to the infrastructure of the university. Most reviews talk about the well-maintained classrooms, labs and library of the university. Talking about the faculty, the students gave it an average rating of 4.1 out of 5. Students described the faculty as helpful and well-qualified. However, some reviews also mentioned that the faculty members are less than adequate in number.

AIMTH houses a big central library, separate hostels for boys & girls, a big auditorium, separate common rooms, and various other facilities.
