I would suggest you to pursue a Masters course in fashion designing, as you already have a Bachelors degree in B.Com. You can pursue Masters in fashion designing.

When there's a will followed by passion, there's definitely a way. People can learn afresh at any interval of time. Even with background of hotel industry you can change in to fashion designing. As you are 32 years old I assume you have additional responsibilities and since if you switch career now it may be a little harsh in the beginning. So, have mutual understanding with friends and family before taking decision.
Any ways no need to worry as with your experience you can go back to hotel industry anytime. Feel free to change path.

To get admission in this course, you just need to be passing your 12th from a recognized board. You can directly apply to the college.

Yes, there is no compulsion to take any subjects if you want to pursue interior designing programme. You can enter into this field with any of the stream like arts, commerce or science.
That's a creative field and for the further growth person should have creative skills and interest in decoration.
