It can be changed but only within eligible Science streams. If any student switches to a non-science or professional course, the INSPIRE scholarship will be cancelled. Hence, those who want to vhange to course should inform the authorities and check rules before making any change.

Many application forms are rejected due to incorrect documents and wrong course selectio. Mismatch in marks details can also lead to rejection of the application form for the INSPIRE scholarship. The students who miss the deadline or fail to upload a valid & correct document are also not cosidered for the scholarship.

The exam conducting body will soon commence the INSPIRE Scholarship applications. Students can fill out the application form and submit it at online-inspire.gov.in. The last date to submit the application is expected by the end of January 2026. As soon as the dates are announced, candidates can check the same on this page.

No, INSPIRE Scholarship cannot be combined. Students cannot receive any other government scholarship along with the INSPIRE scholarship. Only one major scholarship is allowed at a time. If found, INSPIRE may be cancelled.

Yes, but students must renew it every year. They should pass the previous year exam to renew the INSPIRE Scholarship. Minimum required marks must be maintained. If conditions are not met, scholarship can stop.

Students can apply for the INSPIRE Scholarship on the conducting body's website at online-inspire.gov.in. They must complete the registration and submission of the application form carefully. Documents like mark sheets and ID proof are required to be uploded during filling the form. We also provide a direct link on this page to fill the INSPIRE scholarship.

The INSPIRE scholarship is only for basic Science courses. Students who get admission to courses based on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology are eleigible for scholarship. Engineering, Medical and Diploma courses are not included under the INSPIRE scholarship. The course must be approved by a recognised institute.

Selected students get ₹80,000 every year. ₹60,000 is for tuition and study needs. ₹20,000 is for research projects. The amount is paid directly to the bank accounts of the selected candidates.

Students who are passed Class 12 exams with good marks can apply for INSPIRE Scholarship. They must be among the top students of their board. They should take admission in Science courses like BSc or BS. Arts and commerce students are not eligible to apply.
