IBSAR Navi Mumbai provides 100% placements to its MBA students. IBSAR also sends regular MBA students to 2-month paid international internship in Germany, USA, Singapore and Dubai. IBSAR Navi Mumba also offers domestic internship to its MBA students. Companies such as Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, WNS and Indisuan Pharma visited the campus during MBA placements 2024.
Earlier, companies such as PropertyPistol, Airtel and Avientek offered salary package of INR 15 LPA, INR 6 LPA and INR 9 LPA, respectively during MBA placements 2023.

The BCA placements at IBSAR Navi Mumbai is average. According to numerous student reviews and internet forums, IBSAR Navi Mumbai has an acceptable track record for its BCA programme, however the placement situation for graduates of the programme is still a little uneven. A fraction of IBSAR's BCA alumni are placed in different software and IT organisations. Accenture, Wipro, HCL, and Infosys are the leading recruiters.
