Here are several centres in Varanasi where SSC MS exam held like most of them are in BHU campus so don't worry about the centres, just prepare yourself for the test.

Yes, you can get admission in this college at this rank and but getting the CSE might not be possible.

Yes, you can fill up admission form for any entrance exam. Just check other eligibility to be sure. Dates will be mentioned in the admission brochure of respective exam. All the best.
