Sorry but you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. But try in BIET-Jhansi, KNIT-Sultanpur or IERT-Allahabad.

Sorry, you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. You can try in IERT-Allahabad, JSS-Noida, KIET, AKG or ABESEC.
But I will suggest you to go for the every round of counselling.

For admission in IET, Lucknow under SC Quota your rank should be less 150.

I've got 12390 general rank in UPSEE 2018 and belong to BCGL category. Is there any chance to get KNIT, BIET or IET?

No, as your rank is not so good. You should try few waiver seats of good private colleges or you can go for other government institutions like Purvanchal, Rajkiya colleges, etc.

For IET-Lucknow, your SC rank should be less 100 under SC quota for chemical engineering at IET-Lucknow.

Grab this college. IET is one of the best college of Uttar Pardesh, and it is much better than some of the NITs and no doubt this college has a very good placement track and awesome study and entertainment environment.
