Yes, you have secured a good rank in the entrance examination. There are chances that you can get TUTE, Lucknow for MCA. You just have to look around for the previous year’s cutoff of the college.

Yes, you can get any branch in and top government college but there are less chance of getting IET Lucknow with CS and IT branches so you can try other top UPTU colleges also.

IET-Lucknow is one of the most premium institutes for B.Tech. It is difficult to get admission in mechanical engineering in IET but you can go for other government colleges check the last year's cut-off, the opening and closing rank of the colleges and I think you will get admission in a government

I would like to tell you that IET is one of the most reputed colleges for engineering in UPTU. I don't think with this rank you would be able to get admission in IET. You can check the last year's cut-off also, but yes, you can get admission in other government colleges, all you have to do is check

At this rank, I don't think you will get IET. There are only 60% chances that you'll get IET.
