A Bachelor degree from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for SC/ST students) is required to be eligible for the MBA/PGDM programme at IICMR. Valid CAT, CMAT, or MAH CET scores are required for admission, Applicants need to pay the application fee, provide their academic records, and apply online. Examining admission exam results is one step in the selection process; counseling and document verification come next. Students in their final year may submit a provisional application as long as they fulfill the requirements by the admissions deadline. There are 120 seats available for the program.

The Institute of Industrial and Computer Management and Research (IICMR) selects MBA/PGDM students based on a combination of entrance exam scores, group discussion, and personal interviews. A valid score in recognised entrance exams like MAH CET, CAT, or CMAT is a requirement for admission. Shortlisted candidates are then invited for group discussions and personal interviews, with the final selection made based on the overall performance in these components.
