The institute of management development and research (IMDR) does not offer a 100% scholarship for MBA students. However the institute offers a PGDM equivalent to an MBA degree with dual specialisation in eight domains. Admission to IMDR Pune PGDM is done based on CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT scores. The curriculum at IMDR ensures a holistic understanding of management principles through case studies, industry projects and interactive sessions .

The duration of the course is two years. Students can major in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Operations. Students can choose their minor specialisation from any one of the above and International Trade, Business Technology and systems, Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship & Start – Up Management and Agri-Business Management.
