It is approx Rs 60,000 for two years excluding hostel and mess.
Hostel fee is approx Rs 5,000 for a year and mess around Rs 3,000 per month.

As far as i know FMS BHU is better than NIT. You cannot call it as a mistake but FMS BHU is a good call. Average package of this year as of now is Rs.7.1 lakhs for FMS. Rest is your decision. All the best.

Both MBA and MBA-IB are same. Only few subjects are different in MBA-IB and MBA. It completely depends on the student what he wants to study. A General preference observed in few years is of MBA over MBA-IB. Same goes for paid seat and also depends on availability of seats.

A paid student is similar to a regular student. Neither professors nor do companies discriminate between the two of them. They get equal or may be even better package than a regular student. Everything depends on the student.
