Yes, the Institute of Management Studies offers scholarships to students. BHU Management Alumni Association also known as BHUMAA offers BHUMAA merit scholarship awards to eligible students. The scholarship award consisted of a certificate along with a cash prize of INR 10,000. In 2020, the amount of scholarship was raised to INR 1.75 lakh and was awarded to eligible meritorious students.

Institute of Management Studies BHU (FMS BHU) Admissions to MBA and MBA (IB) programmes are made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test (CAT conducted by IIM)-50% weightage; Academic records-20% weightage, Group discussion and Interview (conducted by FMS, BHU)- 30% weightage. To apply for the CAT exam candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria i.e. Bachelor's Degree with 50% aggregate from any recognised Institution.

FMS BHU Admission 2024 is based on the candidates performance in the CAT exam. The overall CAT cutoff for MBA at FMS BHU is 85%. However, before applying to CAT, candidates must have UG or PG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST category students) in order to get admission in FMS BHU.

In order for admission to FMS BHU for MBA courses, candidates are required to register for the entrance exam CAT conducted by IIM, followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview (30%).
