You can attend the counseling but your chances are extremely low. the cutoff should be atleast 80 percentile for OBC.

Yes you can easily get an admission in IMS. The cut off for general should be <85 percentile.

According to the rank secured. I am afraid you won't be able to get your desired stream. the rank for your desired stream should fall between 1-500(UR).
But for the best possible option go for the Counseling that is going on along with all the documents.

Yes, you can easily get admission in IMS via CMAT. Just go for attending the Counseling of CMAT, that will start soon.
For general category too this is a par score. The cut off usually is approx. 85-90 percentile.

No there are no such courses done in IMS. Although seminars regarding this area often held.

Go to mponline.gov.in website and get yourself registered in DTE counseling. Select MBA course and follow the counseling process. The process might have just started by now.
The average package may be around Rs.4-5 lacs p.a. approx.
