Laterals obviously get a better package than freshers. The average package is around Rs 8.5 lakhs for laterals.

Hi Sagar, specializations do not guarantee packages. It is your interest, performance and ability that determine packages. Incidentally in 2013-15 batch, Uber offered a package of Rs 14 lakhs to an HR student.
