The website of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati does not mention a maximum age limit for the M.Tech admissions.

The 28 year age limit only applies to the PhD course offered by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Thus, candidates planning to apply for PhD after graduation from M.Tech have to complete their M.Tech before reaching the aforementioned age.
