The eligibility criteria for BE and BTech in Institute of Technology and Science (ITS) may vary depending on the specific course and institute. .

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board.-
  • Admission is based on merit scores ¹.

 

For institute 

- Candidates must have studied PCM in Class 12.

- Some institutes require a minimum percentage,  

- Candidates may need to appear for entrance exams 

    - Some states conduct engineering entrance exams, such as MHT CET (Maharashtra) or WBJEE (West Bengal).

   Some universities have their own entrance exams.

The Institute of Science and Technology can be considered an average college. The college has been rated 3 out of 5 for its faculty, course curriculum, infrastructure, and placements. Very few students get placements through the college campus drive, and the infrastructure is also not good. However, the faculty at the college is good.

The faculty at the Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology is experienced and talented. The college has been rated 4.2 out of 5 for faculty. Most of the teachers at the college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are friendly and supportive.

Yes, Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology have good and experienced faculty.
Teachers are well qualified. Each subject has a minimum of 5 to 6 teachers. They are so friendly that they will help you at any time you want.

The cutoff was released as the opening and closing ranks for admission to the BE/BTech, courses. During the Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology BE/BTech cutoff 2024, the last-round closing ranks ranged between 621160 and 1203627 for the General AI category students. Of all the BE/BTech specialisations, the one that faced fierce competition was B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. The first round cutoff rank for the same stood at 621160.

The hostel mess of Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology serves good quality food. Various varieties of food are served in the hostel mess, and there are usually no complaints about the quality of food by students. The canteen also serves the best quality food at affordable prices.
