The Institute of Technical Education and Research offers five M.Tech courses such as Civil Engineering, CSE, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Communication and Mechanical Engineering. The M.Tech admission procedure is mentioned below:

  • All students are required to apply & appear Siksha O Anusandhan Admissions Test (SAAT) or equivalent qualifying exams.
  • A separate merit list for all qualifying candidates shall be prepared based on SAAT scores.

In order to apply for BTech course at Institute of Technical Education and Research the candidate need to complete Class12 with 50% aggregate.

The admission to BTech is done on the basis of JEE Main, SAAT score. BTech Lateral Entry in Engineering are also offered for candidates who have passed  Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology /Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics. The eligibility criteria for the course is Class 12 with 50% aggregate.

The B.Tech course fee at the Institute of Technical Education and Research is between INR 4 Lacs to INR 9.2 lakh. BTech is a four-year course at the UG level. To enroll for the BTech course at ITER, the student should complete Class 12 with 50% aggregate.
