Institute of Technology Eligibility

To get admission into the S J M Institute of Technology, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification : Candidates must have to pass class 12th with a minimum aggregate percentage of 45 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry as a compulsory subjects and Biology or Biotechnology as an additional subject.

Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for the entrance exam KCET or JEE Mains, However admission is also available from management quota for those students who haven't appeared for KCET or JEE Mains.

Additional: For certain interest courses competitive exam such as COMEDK UGET or GATE might be required.

The minimum requirement to be eligible for B.E/ B.Tech course at World Institute of Technology (WIT) is a candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 examination from a recognised board and have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics & Either Chemistry, Computer Science or Biology. In addition, candidates need to have passed their JEE Main examination plus have a minimum passing percentile of 50. College also provides lateral entry admissions in Diploma with least rating of 50% of distinction. Total intake capacity for B.E/B.Tech is 540 students total and 25% fees is reserved for students from Haryana.

With minimum 45%, you can get admission through entrance exams like JEE, other than this students belonging to the State of Maharashtra are required to secure a valid score in the State Common Entrance Test.

The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at NIT - Narula Institute of Technology are as follows.Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Technical Vocational subjects. For the reserved categories, the percentage required is 40%.Entrance Exam: For seeking admission to B.E. / B.Tech courses offered at the college, an applicant has to be eligible in either of JEE Main or WBJEE.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA programme at Narula Institute of Technology (NIT), Kolkata, require candidates to have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks. B.E./B.Tech Admission candidates who have qualified to get admission into Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (PVPSIT), qualify in the following required criteria:

Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks and 40% for reserved categories in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Entrance Test: Admission is on the basis of performance in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET test, Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test.
Age Limit: The applicant must be at least 16 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

Candidates, seeking admissions to B.E./B.Tech at GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT), should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as main subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 45% for general candidates, and 40% aggregate for reserved categories.
