Admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) normally requires the completion of an undergraduate degree in any field and the inclusion of mathematics as one of the subjects from 10+2 or earlier in the course of study, obtaining a minimum overall score in the qualifying exam in the range of 50-60%, though exact cutoffs might change from year to year. To be eligible for MCA admission, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a pass mark at 10+2 Level or Graduation Level and at least 50% marks in Qualifying Examination. PSIT doesn’t have a separate entrance test for MCA admission. However, A.P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), which is affiliated with PSIT, may consider CUET for admission.
To apply for MCA Admission, the candidate should register for AKTU counselling. During counselling, candidates will be allotted a seat based on factors such as CUET score (where applicable), merit and seat availability.

To be eligible for entrance tests such as GATE or MHT CET, you would typically need to have an undergraduate degree with an aggregate of 50% this is more than enough to be eligible for M.Tech courses at any university. Nothing specific regarding eligibility requirements can be found on the college's website. However, in order to avoid any blunders, parents and students who are thinking about applying to this institute would be in a better position if they were to get information about this from the admission office.
