For B.E./B.Tech at Scient Institute of Technology, the requirements are: 10+2 with 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology. Candidates should appear for TS EAMCET/JEE Main. Cutoff ranks: TS EAMCET: 10,000-20,000, JEE Mains: 50,000-100,000. Lateral Entry for Diploma holders (60% aggregate). Reservation: 85% for Telangana students, 15% others. Seats: 600 CE-120, EEE-120, ECE-120, ME-120, CSE-120. Application fee: INR 1,000. Admission timeline: May-July every year.

Qualification - All the candidates should have passed in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and mathematics as core subjects with at least 45% of marks aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidate).

The eligibilty requirement of CBIT for M.Tech requires
- A Bachelors degree in Engg./Technology of Osmania University in the concerned discipline
- AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications recognised by UPSC as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.
- Valid GATE Score obtained in the GATE Examination/ valid rank obtained in the PGECET Examination.The minimum mark to qualify the PGECET Exam was 30 out of 120 mark for General and there is no minimum mark for SC/ST and PwD.
