The admission in colleges varies year to year based on the demand for the college each year. So if your college has demand and a cutoff this year which is around or higher than 51k rank then you can apply and get a seat. If it's not around or if it's lower then you can just add a option and if you are lucky you can get a seat in the college. Otherwise you have to opt for other good colleges. If you don't get good colleges for your rank it's better to skip a year and prepare for the next year and opt a good college.

You have not mentioned a particular course; in general, Meerabai Institute of Technology (MIT) offers decent placements. In professional courses like BBA the placement rate is more than 80%. Diploma students were also given job opportunities through college campus recruitment. However, the package varied across courses and job roles. The student must be passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Also must have at least 45% marks in diploma or 40% for reserved categories. Admission shall be made on the basis of the latest JEE Main(Paper I) score.
