It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology offers BTech, MCA, and MTech ANM courses. Admission to the BTech courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main and the MHT CET exams. Applications for both exams generally opens in the month of February and are currently open. Admission to the MTech and MCA courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the MHT CET MTech and the MAH MCA CET exams respectively. 1. Students Aid Scholarship :The criteria for this scholarship is that the student should have a score of at least 7.00 grade and family income of less than one Lacs per annum. Scholarships of Rupees Fifteen thousand each are given to 25-30 students across all departments every year.

VIVEKANAND EDUCATION SOCIETY'S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has a very active placement cell, Information about the company profile, job profile, Eligibility criteria, Salary, Branches applicable and any another information given by company are forwarded to all students along with a registration form with the dates of the drive. The placements are average and range from 8 to 10 LPA. Various famous companies like JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Barclays, etc. visit the campus for the placement of students.
