Yes, you can appear for DESIGN APTITUDE TEST for Design programme like B. Des interior Design, fashion design and so on at IILM University. The School of Design & Fashion at IILM University, Gurugram offers a choice of career by combining a major and minor degree within design fields or other mainstream courses like a combination of major in Fashion and minor in Graphic Design or major in Interaction and minor in Business.

Hi, A student can apply for the programme for M.Des in Fashion, interior, product design and more, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. You can appear for IILM University Gurugram's Design Aptitude Test with the Interview Process for applying. Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture Engineering

Interior designing courses after 12th :
BA Interior Design- Duration is 3 years
Bachelor of Architecture Interior Design- Duration is 5 years

There are many interior designers in India who set a benchmark in the interior designing world. This career is for those people who are passionate about design and are artistic. Moreover, people who have an eye for detail and enjoy solving puzzles would be the ideal interior designers. An interior designer can make use of all the available space to be functional. It is your interest in 'art and design' which made you decide that you wish to move forward in this field. So, as far as the choice of subject in class 11 is concerned, I would say you may choose any stream of your interest but just stay in touch with arts, gain more knowledge in arts and connect with it through regular activities despite the stream you choose.
