Yes of course, you can do fashion/interior degree/diploma courses simultaneously with your B.Com. So, by the time you are graduate, you will get both the degree and then pursue towards your field of interest.

Certificate course:
A certificate course teaches students the basics of improving the functionality and attractiveness of interior spaces. The curriculum focuses on the use of fabric, color, lighting, space, furniture and accessories in residential and commercial interiors. You don't need any age limit to become an interior designer. You can become an interior designer once you have set your goal to become one. All you need is your heart into it, when you are learning the course and little bit of training under someone who is expertise in this field.
