Pearl was one of the best institute for design students in the past, but at present the condition isn't well related to affiliation and legal paperwork of it. It is believed to shut down any moment (pearl Delhi), as told by my friend who took admission in LPU for the same course last year after spending one year in pearl-Delhi. If you want to enter in government colleges or so, give a proper glace at Ahmedabad, it has quite good institute in design section, unfortunately we don't have much choices in India for this particular course.

Hi Madhavi,
Yes, you can certainly join the Diploma course in fashion and interior design. One only has to have cleared his/her 10+2 from a recognized board of education in order to be eligible for this course and there is no age bar to pursue this course.
