Hi, It's 50,000 perm term and the course is 3 years full time having 6 terms. Considering the value of an Internationally ranked University awarding the Degree, this fee is very high value for money. Definitely you may check this point with institutions offering Indian Degree with Distance Education mode.

1.You should have completed Bachelors degree in any stream from a recognized university
2.You should have at least 50% aggregate in your Bachelors degree
3.You should get through the entrance exams conducted by the colleges in National level
These are eligibility rules of Masters in Interior Design .
I would suggest you these institutes
Anima Institute of Fashion, Corporate Office at 1 Shambhu Nath Pandit Street, Calcutta-700 020
Birla Institute of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences, 5-A Sarat Bose Road (opp. Minto Park), Calcutta-700 020
You need to contact the institutes to know about the fee structure and entrance exam if any. Thank you
