Interior Design courses online can surely be a great investment for you given the flexible learning approach, affordable education, diverse career options and scope for strong portfolio building that they provide. Having said that, you need to be mindful of the course accreditation and hands-on learning opportunities that the course content offers in the form of virtual internships or project work. A solid practical understanding is important for career success.

Also, certifications are great but a full fledged degree course might suit you well if you're looking for specialized, long term goals in this field.

The Interior Design course on average for UG courses is around INR 2 Lacs to 35 lakh, while PG courses are worth INR 50,000 to INR 12.5 lakh. This is just an average figure that differs on the basis of the course level, course type, the college offering the course, the college ranking, and the location.

Other than the tuition fee, you also need to check out the extra charges for hostel facilities, college applications, semester exam registration fees, lab fees, caution money, student welfare fund, and other miscellaneous charges. You can have a look at the detailed fee structure on the respective interior design college websites.
