Yes, definitely! This would be the right age and time to do it as you can begin your career after the course. Also, Ellen college has a separate placement cell which assists students for better placement.

Interior Designing is a course with endless opportunities. The rise in urbanization and increase in the rate of construction makes it obvious that the requirement of interior designers would be in high demand. Along with this, people need a change and urge to renovate their buildings and for that, they'll again need interior designers. This makes it clear that the scope of Interior Designing is never-ending and will keep on rising.

NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. So if you plan to get into only NIFT then you do have to give NIFT Entrance Exam but if you plan to apply in many universities then UCEED is a better option as you'll have many university choices and you can get admission on the basis of UCEED score.

At first if I talk about Interior Design then the growing infrastructure due to urbanisation and urge of people to renovate interiors of buildings for a change is never going to stop which leads in high demand of Architects and Interior Designers.
