Only those students who have qualified from Foreign Universities or Boards of Higher Education, recognised as equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) are eligible for admission. IIHMR gives admission to international student under following categories- Sponsored by the government. Of India (through ICCR) on cultural exchange programme. - Sponsored by the home country of the concerned Foreign - - Nationals/NRI students and/or funding agencies
- Self-financing direct entry (with the clearance of government. Of India)
So, the procedure to get direct admission is only for international student and Indian students have to get admission through entrance and other process.
