If we talk about placements, I have seen 100% placements in my batch and the previous batch. Quality of placement is good and there are various companies who offer quite good packages. And yes there are international placements too. Few major recruiters are - Ministry of Health, NHSRC, Fortis, EY, Z

Your MAT Score is not mandatory because IIHMR conducts its own exam too (IIHMRU-MAT), therefore you would be taken by the university right away. As every university give preference to Experienced people, either it is IIHMR or any other university.
