CAT exam needs a lot of preparation and practice. My first advice would be to join a good coaching institute for this purpose. Slowly you will have to start planning and doing your self preparation.
The coaching classes are but essential for giving the roadmap.

What is the weight-age of GD and PI process at IMI, Delhi for MBA 2017? Do they consider CAT score for final selection?

The college officials haven't mentioned anything explicit about the weightage allotted to different parameters like CAT score, GD-PI score.

How much percentile do I need to get to secure a seat in this college for HR? Is it having only one or different cutoffs for admission?

Minimum percentile required is 85 for this course. The cut-off remains same for all categories.

What is the CAT cut-off of this college to get admission in PGDM? What is the average package offered to a fresher for the same?

This year the cut-off for PGDM is 90 percentile, PGDM (BFS): 83%, HR : 85%. Package is same for fresher's. However, few companies give somewhat higher package to students with work experience.

Cut-off is same for all the categories. There is no quota provided by the college.

Admission depends on your performance in PI but you can definitely expect a call.

Yes, you should get a call. However, the criteria varies from college to college.

With 62% in graduation chances are less. This is because colleges generally keep a criteria of 70% throughout for shortlisting.

There is no particular criteria for selecting students.One can simply apply for it and then selection is made after the interview with faculty. It is self financed though.
