IMI Delhi is better than Great Lakes Chennai because it has a longer history, strong industry connections, and offers a variety of management programs. It is well-recognized globally with an FT ranking of being 12th in India and  86th globally for Masters in Management,   excellent placements, and provides students with many opportunities for overall growth. While Great Lakes is known for its 1-year program, IMI Delhi's reputation and strong alumni network make it a better choice for a 2 year full time PGDM programme.

IMI New Delhi does not offer direct admissions for any of its courses. Students should appear for the entrance exam after meeting the course-specific eligibility. The Institute accepts students basis valid score in national and institute-level entrance exams. Students should appear for the personal interview rounds, if applicable.

In case a student fails an internal exam, you CA always try to cover it up with other components of evaluation such as Group Project, Quiz, class participation ect. If your aggregate score is still not sufficient to pass them you will have to repeat that subject in the next year.

Your marks are not based upon a single exam component but a aggregate of quiz, projects, assignment, class participation and exams. In case you have a valid reason to miss an exam you might be given a opportunity for a make up test but that is only if the reason is genuine. This will also depend upon the faculty's decision. So better to get in touch with faculty first.
