Yes, IMI Delhi does offer doctoral-level course. IMI Delhi offers a full-time doctoral-level programme called FPM (Fellow Program in Management). The purpose of the FPM programme is to provide scholars with an academic environment to question conventional thinking and expand their knowledge. To be eligible for admission to the FPM programme, candidates must have a first-class master's degree. Shortlisting for the programme is based on the research proposal and evaluation of past academic performance. The final selection will be determined through a personal interview after the presentation.

FPM ( Fellow Programme In Management) is a doctoral-level programme offered by IMI Delhi. The course covers a duration of four years. The eligibility criteria is to have a first class score in Master's degree. The admission procedure plays a crucial role, which is two step process:
- The candidate has to submit an admission form with Relevant Documents and Research Proposal
- The final step includes shortlisting of the candidates on the basis of research proposal and evaluation of past academic performance for presentation followed by a personal interview for final selection.

IMI Delhi has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to IMT Ghaziabad. The IMI Delhi also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to IMT College. IMI College is ranked 38 while IMT College is ranked 34. The placement records and the placement rate of IMT are more than that of IMI. There are a large number of companies that visit IMT as compared to IMI college. The highest Package offered by IMT is about 65.6 LPA and the average Package offered by IMT is nearly 17 LPA. The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is available for doctoral studies at the prestigious Indian management schools IMT Ghaziabad (Institute of Management Technology) and IMI Delhi (International Management Institute).
