Yes, you can apply for an MS in information systems (MIS) in the USA after completing a BCom degree. But, as a Master in Information Systems course in the USA computer science-related program, u should at least know the basic computer language and a bit of networking and some database management. U can learn all that with some diploma course in computer application or science.
