You also get good placement opportunities companies like Deloitte, L&T Finance, Nomura, etc. come for final placement and for internship. For finance I'll suggest you SIES. It's a very good college for finance students as it gives good ROI as well as good learning. ITM is also good but keep it as a second option as it is not that very much good in terms of ROI. The average package of finance in ITM is around 4.5-5 lakhs whereas in SIES it is around 6 lakhs, which brings a major difference in ROI.

Above are good for sales mainly. Xavearian group colleges are best for HR (Xiss, Xime blore, XiB, Xime Kochi) etc. If you have healthy score card try there first. After clearing the backlog that you have, you can get admissions easily in any of the b schools. For getting admissions in any of the b schools not specifically ITM Chennai you need to give the entrance exam first like CAT MAT or any of the entrance exam. Then you need to clear the GD PI and then. You will be cleared to get an admission in ITM Chennai. ITM Chennai is a good college. Also, while giving the entrance exam the minimum criteria for clearing is 50-60% then only you will be considered for the GDPI.

ITM-Navi Mumbai is good for finance. The average package goes to 6 LPA and the highest goes till 8 LPA which is better if you see the fees structure and let me tell you in finance your package once you get selected increases rapidly comparing other fields. They have a strict package and increses very slowly. Almost 80% of the students got placed.
There is a finance forum which makes you aware of the latest update and takes care of various activities of finance.
