To get admission into ITM University Gwalior BTech courses, candidates are required to submit an online application form in the first place. The form enquires about basic academic and personal details. Once the applications are submitted, those who wish to take admission via ITM NEST must take the exam. Those who have a valid JEE Main score need not do that. Later, students are allocated a seat based on their marks in the accepted entrance exams. Those who get a seat must report to the university for verification of documents and payment of fees.

Yes, ITM University Gwalior offers multiple amounts of scholarships for students enrolled in the BTech programme. Students can avail scholarships by taking the ITM NEST exam. It is an admission-cum-scholarship test. As per the rules, only 10% of admitted students to a programme will receive this scholarship. Moreover, students who are receiving any other scholarships are not eligible for this scholarship.
