Scoring 173 in NATA and 79% in Class 12, you stand a good chance to secure admission at Sir J.J. College of Architecture, OBC category. Admission is based on NATA score, Class 12 marks, and year-wise cutoff by the college.

Candidate must have passed Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50% aggregate marks at Class 12 examination. OR Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate can also apply.
Admission to the Architecture course is entrance-based. The students who pass the degree course receive a degree from the University of Mumbai. Candidates with a valid score of one among entrance exams, such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ NATA are eligible for the BArch course.

Eligibility: The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into Bachelor of Architecture the student must be fulfilled the following conditions: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics.
