Sir J. College of Architecture is among the best government colleges for architecture studies with a long academic legacy and relatively lower fees. Rachana Sansad, being a private institute, may have higher fees but focuses strongly on studio-based mentoring and creative development. Students may choose the college of interest based on budget, their exam performance, and location preference

Sir JJ College of Architecture Mumbai features 21 acre campus but publicly available information focus heavily on its heritage buildings, studios, workshops & library rather than specialised sports facilities. While it provides rich, historic & creative academic environment it does not appear to have dedicated large scale sports complex.
