Category cut-off will allow you to give JEE advance. Rest, you can use your JEE Mains score, even if you have not cleared the category cut-off. You can apply for JAC Delhi.

For BE/B.Tech Admissions at DTU, NSIT and IGDTUW, you must fulfill following conditions:
- A candidate must secure 60% or more marks in the aggregate of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
- The candidate must have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective). - The candidate must have passed in each subject separately.
- For B.Tech at IIIT Delhi, you must fulfill the following condition:
- A candidate must secure 80% or more marks in the aggregate of best of five subjects including physics, chemistry and mathematics and 80% or more in mathematics.

The fee for B.Sc in Fashion and Apparel Designing is INR. 1, 50,000 per year.

Yes, you must apply for the course you wish to take up.
If your name is not on the list, you can talk to the principal. But as far as known people with 60% to get admission in animation studies.
