Hi Raj,
Category cut-off will allow you to give JEE advance. Rest, you can use your JEE Mains score, even if you have not cleared the category cut-off. You can apply for JAC Delhi.

- A candidate must secure 60% or more marks in the aggregate of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
- The candidate must have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective). - The candidate must have passed in each subject separately.
- For B.Tech at IIIT Delhi, you must fulfill the following condition:
- A candidate must secure 80% or more marks in the aggregate of best of five subjects including physics, chemistry and mathematics and 80% or more in mathematics.

If your name is not on the list, you can talk to the principal. But as far as known people with 60% to get admission in animation studies.
