I don't think so, because seats are very less for outside Delhi students. Only 15 % is available, but still you can try for IGDTUW.

Yes, you can apply for B.Com and some of the colleges. If you go for private universities then you can take direct admission.

Hi Chirag,
Yes, you can apply through JAC, Delhi. But, you can not get any seat with this score in JEE Mains. You should move for private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, etc. in Delhi.
