Last year, the closing rank (general- open category) for B.Arch in JU after the 3rd round was 5767. This will give you an idea of what rank is needed for addition in architecture in JU.

Yes, you are eligible for the admission as students need 65% in class 12th in general category and for SC/ST/OBC/sports quota, minimum of 48% in required. You must be having science subjects as well like chemistry, physics and mathematics of course.

Jadavpur University will be better option but environment of the college is not good, rest everything is good. NIT Durgapur is okay, but not better.
