Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects:

I think, this question is for the Presidency in Kolkata? I am from Presidency University in Bangalore. If it is for the Bangalore one then yes, Presidency University, Bangalore does offer B.Tech in 10 departments and BBA LL.B.Com LL.B. And MBA in its course.

General Eligibility Criteria of WBJEE 2019
Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India
Age Criteria: The minimum age required by the candidate to be eligible for WBJEE 2019 is 17 years as on December 31, 2019. The candidate should have been born on or before December 31, 2002. There is no upper limit for B.Tech programmes except for Marine Engineering where the upper age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2019.
