JIMS Vasant Kunj offers BBA course is rated 4.+ out of 5 by 60+ genuine verified students. And in Doon Business School same course is rated 3.+ out of 5 by 60+ genuine students. So I think JIMS is better than Doon Business school in BBA. But in comparison of MBA, Doon school much better than JIMS.

The Cutoff marks will be announced to only those candidates who will qualify for the GGSIPU 2023 examination. But according to the latest information, cutoff is not declared yet. But I think, its going to cutoff in Maximum rank with 16,400 and minimum rank with 500. So Its better to check college website daily.
