It's impossible to get with your OBC B rank. I don't think they have OBC B category in CSE. So please check this year's seat matrix well before filling up (You'll find it in one of the WBJEE sites).
But you might still keep it as an option, so that you don't miss the college if you have a chance.

Out of which, 1 seat is reserved for SC, 1-2 for ST and 4-5 for OBC.
